Cartoon Tower Animation and Design Studio is a well-coordinated team of experienced artists, animators and film directors from Saint Petersburg. Each specialist working in our team is a true professional with vast experience in a wide range of projects.

    The Way It All Began

Initially our animation studio was a presentation project created by Mikhail Kozlo (portfovlio), a film director, art director, cartoonist, director of laser shows and computer games.

While cooperating with such well-known Russian animation studios as Melnitsa Animation, Petersburg Animation Studio and The Web Production from 2000 to 2008, Mikhail Kozlov obtained an amazing experience as an animation artist, art director, and executive producer. Now this experience allows him to esecute extraordinary and vivid projects.

Today Cartoon Tower Studio is an independent animation and design studio that implements its own projects.

However, we cooperate actively with the largest gaming companies and other studios engaged in production of advertising, animation, and feature-length films.
